Amanda Hooper

Amanda Jane Hooper was a female professional field hockey player from New Zealand. She was a member of the national womens squad The Black Sticks from 2001 to 2003, with a total ofcaps. In 2003 she was nominated for World Junior Player of the Year. OnMarch 2011, Christchurch police confirmed that Hooper was one of the victims of the February 2011 Christchurch earthquake.
